About ACP
The AUIQ Conference Proceedings (ACP) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by Al-Ayen Iraqi University. ACP is dedicated to the publication of high-quality research papers presented at academic conferences, symposia, workshops, and scientific forums. Its purpose is to provide a scholarly platform for researchers to disseminate findings that have undergone scientific scrutiny and presentation in reputable academic events.
ACP focuses exclusively on conference-derived content, serving as a formal and citable record of research contributions made at national and international academic gatherings. The journal does not accept general or unsolicited submissions unrelated to a conference or scholarly event.
ACP publishes:
- Full research papers presented at scientific conferences.
- Special issues or collections from specific conferences.
- Selected peer-reviewed papers from workshops or academic forums.
Submission guidance
The journal welcomes contributions from conferences organized by Al-Ayen Iraqi University, its partner institutions, or other recognized academic bodies. Each submission must include proof of its presentation at an event and will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted or overseen by ACP editors. With this clear focus, ACP ensures that academic discourse presented at scientific events is preserved, disseminated, and made accessible to the global scholarly community in a trustworthy and permanent format.
The AUIQ Conference Proceedings (ACP) aims to publish high-quality research papers that have been presented at scientific conferences, symposia, workshops, or academic events organized by local and international universities and research institutions. ACP does not accept general submissions that are not linked to an official scientific event. This focus aligns with the journal’s title and ensures that it serves as a credible platform for preserving and disseminating research presented at scholarly gatherings.
ACP publishes research papers originating from scientific events, including conferences, symposia, and workshops. Submissions may be received through two primary pathways:
Submission pathways
- Organized Collections: Submitted through a formal collaboration with the event organizers, including a group of papers curated under the supervision of guest editors.
- Individual Contributions: Authors who participated in a particular event may submit their papers individually, provided they include proof that the work was presented during the event (e.g., conference schedule, acceptance letter, or presentation certificate).
Peer review
All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process managed by the journal. Guest editors from the associated event may participate in the editorial workflow, but final decisions rest solely with the ACP editorial board to ensure consistent academic standards and ethical practices.
